Today was my first immunotherapy treatment/injection, so early this morning we headed out on a road adventure to the hospital so I could get stabbed in the arm a few times! 😀

Everything seems to have gone pretty well and stayed on schedule as far as I can tell. They took some blood samples to make sure they new what things looked like before the injection. After a bit of a wait, they brought me to a small room, hooked me up to an IV, and got the medicine into me over a period of about 30 minutes.

This evening’s plan for the kids? Trick-or-Treating of course! I hope everyone has a good and safe evening whether you are participating in the candy gathering fun or not.
