Today I definitely came down with some of the side effects of yesterday’s injection. I had a pretty good fever and headache combination going for awhile, but with approval from the doctor I was able to bring it back down by taking a dose of Tylenol. I’ve also developed a mild cough and some muscle aches, but all in all I’m still feeling pretty good.

I was at the hospital for a little while tonight, not for me this time, but to visit my dad. He’s dealing with serious congestive heart failure right now and I honestly don’t know for sure just how bad it is. I do know that he has or at least did have a lot of fluids built up and they were trying to remove that excess. He also had a low blood oxygen level when they took him in, but by the time I left this evening, they had gotten his oxygen level back up into the mid-nineties where it is supposed to be. If you don’t mind, please keep my parents in your thoughts and prayers.
